| Prices quoted in this catalog replace all previous quotes and are based on current market conditions. They are subject to change without notice. Prices on all trees are for good quality, unless otherwise specified. Call for Specials or Quantity Discounts on some sizes and varieties. Shipping charges on our truck depend on distance and fractional part of truck space used. Upon customer’s request, we will increase the ball size of our B & B trees above the standard, at an additional cost of 10%. We will also allow special tagging, done either by us or the customer, at an additional cost of 10%. All orders are confirmed with a 25% deposit. Balance is due upon pick up or delivery. The balance on B&B or cut tree orders is only payable by cash, money order, or certified check. We reserve the right to reject all or any part of an order and refund payments made. Any unpaid balance is subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5%. There will be a $50 charge for all returned checks. It is the customer’s responsibility to have ample equipment and manpower on hand at the time of delivery to ensure a quick unloading time. Any problems or discrepancies must be resolved before the driver leaves. No adjustments will be accepted thereafter. Liability ceases when trees are delivered to the customer.
